BIG BANG DAY

MIND

Ana de Armas 1988

“I try not to look too far ahead. I’m more about living day to day and working hard. I think it’s great to visualize a dream, but it’s more important to make it come true with your efforts.”

*What are you looking ahead to?

Describe how you are living day to day

What dream are you visualizing?

How are you making it come true?

BODY

Gal Gadot 1985

“I did two hours gym work, two hours fight choreography, and two hours horseback riding.”

*The only option is probably a nice two-hour gym workout. Unless you have a way to do fight choreography or horseback riding.

BONUS: Dianna Agron 1986

With two dogs in her household, you won’t find Dianna spending too much time on the couch. Instead, she loves heading outdoors with them for long walks and hikes.

SOUL

Travis Scott 1992

“I feel like God put me here to help out with people’s soul, man.”

*Listen to Travis Scott’s music and see if it helps with your SOUL.

Why did God put you here?

MONEY

Isiah Thomas 1961

“If all I’m remembered for is being a good basketball player, then I’ve done a bad job with the rest of my life.”

*Isiah will be remembered for more than being a Hall of Fame basketball player. What about you?

What can you do – besides your job – to leave a legacy?

ENTERTAINMENT

Cloris Leachman 1926 – watch The Last Picture Show

*Watch Leachman win an Oscar in The Last Picture Show.

FOOD

Johnny Galecki (Leonard Hostadter) 1975 and Kunal Nayyar (Raj Kooth Rappali) 1981

Each member of The Big Bang gang has some type of diet restriction

Leonard (lactose-intolerant): quesadilla with soy cheese

Raj (Hindu): Meat lover’s pizza with no meat

*Watch The Big Bang Theory and try your best to eat like two of its stars.

SNUB: Kirsten Dunst 1982 – Tom Cruise Cake for dessert

“He sends me a cake every Christmas. We are very excited to receive ‘The Cruise Cake”

*Watch Dunst and Cruise in Interview with a Vampire while eating it.

The year is 1/3 over. What improvements have you seen in yourself?

I was born in Northwestern Pennsylvania and lived in a trailer park. I was raised by very conservative and religious (Wesleyan Methodist) parents. By some miracle I graduated college and moved to Florida. I have been a public school teacher since 1995. I have 7 years until I can retire. I was married in 1999 and divorced in 2001. I remarried in 2017 to Kate - 21 years my junior. Some of my life experiences as a 46-year-old, white American male, will come through in my writing, but the majority of this daily journey will be dedicated to improving myself, and hopefully you as well.
