How it Works: 25 minutes long and broken into five 5-minute phases.
PHASE 1: 5 Minutes of Cardio Warm-Up 
PHASE 2: 5 Minutes of Upper-Body Strength Training: Bent-Over Dumbbell Rows 
PHASE 3: 5 Minutes of Lower-Body Strength Training: Reverse Lunges 
PHASE 4: 5 Minutes of Core Training: Double Crunches 
PHASE 5: 5 Minutes (or longer) of Fat-Burning Cardio Work
